1st UPI International Conference on TVET, SECOND CALL FOR PAPERS

 

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS: 11th July

Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (Indonesia University of Education - UPI) is organising the

First UPI International Conference on Technical and Vocational Education and Training
- Competence Development for the World of Work and for Sustainable Development -

on 10. and 11. November 2010 in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.

The conference provides a platform for international knowledge exchange on research findings, concepts, best practice and experiences in technical and vocational education and training (TVET) between TVET research, industry, TVET providers, TVET teacher educators and politicians.

This conference will specifically deal with concepts for competence development in TVET and their implementation as well as with evaluation and assessment of vocational competences, but there will also be room for the discussion of other current research and development approaches in TVET.

Paper submissions are highly welcome, but participation without paper presentation is also possible. In addition there is the possibility to organise special topic workshops.
